There is an ongoing investigation into a suspected murder-suicide in Kentucky. The Louisville PD responded to gunshots in southwest Louisville on December 3, 2022.
Louisville Authorities Are Looking Into a Murder-Suicide That Claimed the Lives of Family of 4
When they arrived at the residence on East Pages Lane, they found the bodies of a man, a woman, and two girls. Major Micah Scheu gave a few details on the case and said that the four deceased were all family.
The deceased were identified as Gary Stanton (60), Mary Stanton (49), Adrianna Stanton (17), and Brianna Stanton (11). It was stated that the man was the murderer and shot the woman and the kids before turning the gun on himself.
As of the initial report, police didn’t mention that there could be other suspects in this case. While the culprit and victims are all established and this seems pretty cut and dry, there are still relatives who are going to want answers.
The investigation continues into the “why” of this incident and the aggressor’s mindset before killing his family.
