Two of the biggest tag team matches of the year have happened in Ring of Honor, as FTR clashed with The Briscoes. They’re up 2-0 in the feud, but The Briscoes don’t intend to give up just yet. They sent a message written in blood to AEW with The Gunns, along with a present in the form of two dog collars. Tonight is the third match, double dog collar rules – as FTR go up against The Briscoes one more time.

Instant And Brutal Violence From Both Teams

Harwood would be linked to Jay, while Mark was linked to Wheeler. The crowd started an early ‘Holy Shit’ chant before this one broke out into a nasty brawl. Mark & Wheeler would trade shots on the apron, with Wheeler using the chain to attack the chest of Mark. Harwood would be thrown into the steel steps, but avoided the swing of the chain and threw a steel chair at the face of Jay.

Mark was already bleeding as Harwood would choke him with the chain. Harwood & Jay brawled up into the crowd, as Mark was thrown onto the stage. Jay took another chair to the face, as Mark would shove Wheeler off the stage and hit a flipping senton moments later. A chain wrapped punch from Jay would be avoided as Wheeler hit a set up suplexes.

Mark would hit some quick chops to the throat of Wheeler, while Jay was choked in the ring with the chain. The Briscoes would unite in the ring as they would double team Harwood, with Jay busting him open with some chain wrapped punches. Harwood would continue to take the punches to the face from Jay, as Mark set up a chair in the corner – only for Jay to slung into it by the chain.

Wheeler would yank Mark’s chain on the floor, pulling him down and choking him before Harwood would whip Mark with the chain. Mark would be hit with a chain wrapped Doomsday Device, but was somehow able to kick out. Gory Special would be applied by Wheeler to Mark, allowing for Harwood to whip him with the chain again.

FTR Fight To The Bitter End As The Briscoes Enter Reign #13

Mark would be hung by the collar off the apron, before Harwood was thrown into the chain to break the choke up. Jay hit a neckbreaker in the ring, setting up a chain wrapped Froggy-Bo from the top rope – with Wheeler able to kick out. Mark & Wheeler would go to the floor where Mark would pile chairs on the floor. Jay would hit a series of uppercuts in the ring before taking some heavy punches.

Mark would discover a table at ringside, before Wheeler was suplexed onto the floor. Jay looked to set up a superplex, but took the chain across the eyes. Harwood tried to wrap the chain around his head for a headbutt, a move that hurt both men in equal measure. The referee would be dropped in the ring in the chaos, as Jay & Harwood traded jabs in the ring.

A backdrop driver would follow from Jay to Harwood, with Wheeler hitting a backdrop on the apron. Mark would be set up on the table, but got off before Wheeler could dive. Wheeler would yank Mark from the top rope onto the pile of chairs, an absolutely horrific bump. In the ring, Jay would hit the J-Driller on the chain, but that was still not enough to put Harwood down.

A steel chair to the spine would follow, before Harwood hit a low blow before a piledriver on a steel chair for a near fall. Wheeler would help fill the ring with chairs, as Harwood looked for a Top Rope piledriver, only to take a low blow from the chain. A superplex onto the chairs would follow, before a crossface applied with the chain. Wheeler couldn’t make the save, and The Briscoes are 13 time ROH World Tag Team Champions.
