In Trenton, New Jersey, a man was sentenced to roughly 19 years behind bars after he was found guilty of being the leader of a drug trafficking ring. The ring was observed moving heroin in Trenton between October 2017 and October 2018. Normally, it’s fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, or methamphetamine that turns up in these busts. However, heroin still has a stranglehold throughout the U.S and this was a sizable blow to the heroin trade in the city.
