Queen Bey, Beyoncé, is hitting the road again with her highly anticipated Renaissance World Tour 2023. After slaying the stage in Dubai for her first full concert in over four years, the singer took to Instagram to announce her tour, coincidentally on the same day she announced her surprise pregnancy with twins six years ago. The tour, produced by Parkwood Entertainment and promoted by Live Nation, is set to kick off in Europe on May 10th and hit 25 cities across North America, starting in Toronto on July 8th.
Beyoncé Will Perform In 23 U.S States
Before the North American leg starts, Beyoncé will be taking over cities like Stockholm, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and more. And when she finally lands on American soil, cities like Philadelphia, Nashville, Louisville, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., Charlotte, Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, St. Louis, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Inglewood, Vancouver, Seattle, Kansas City, Dallas, and Houston will be graced with her presence.
Beyoncé Takes The World – Singer Announces Renaissance World Tour 2023
The tour is set to wrap up in the Big Easy, New Orleans, on September 27th. For all die-hard fans, you’ll want to head to tour.beyonce.com for complete ticket information. Honestly, you won’t want to miss out on this one. Beyoncé’s last tour, On the Run, hit 48 cities in North America and Europe in 2018 and was a huge success.
During her Dubai performance, Beyoncé treated fans to classics like “Crazy in Love,” “Beautiful Liar,” and “Naughty Girl,” as well as more recent bops like “Freedom,” “Spirit,” and “Be Alive.” The 41-year-old singer also brought out some seriously stunning looks, including a yellow custom-made Atelier Zuhra corseted dress with a feathered skirt and backpiece for her opening performance of “At Last.”
And that’s not all, she also rocked an all-red Nicolas Jebran bodysuit with gold jewels and a billowing skirt, complete with an intricate headpiece. Notably missing from Beyoncé’s set was any song from Renaissance. This marks Beyoncé’s first solo album in six years, and it’s just the first of a three-part project. The visual album for Renaissance has been teased, but no release date has been announced yet.
Beyoncé has been dominating the music scene since 2003 with Dangerously in Love and has continued to release hit after hit with B’Day, I Am… Sasha Fierce, 4, Beyoncé, Lemonade, and her collaborative album with husband JAY-Z, Everything Is Love. Not to mention her contribution to the soundtrack for Disney’s live-action The Lion King adaptation, The Lion King: The Gift, and her record-breaking performance at Coachella, which was captured in Homecoming: The Live Album.
