‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep the ball rolling with some fun spoilery goodies.
Looks like we’re getting a couple of inevitable moments as well as a new addition to the Mean Girls Club. Things are going to get interesting pretty fast, so let’s dig into some spoilers and get a peek.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 13: New addition to the lineup
We weren’t surprised that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) took a shot at Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) during the memorial service, and we’re not surprised that she’ll use Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s death as a weapon to keep attacking.
Expect this time she’s going to welcome a new member as Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will be so hurt by Phyllis’ death that’s she’s going to take a more active role in seeing her kicked out of Genoa City.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers assume Lauren will be doing this without Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc)’s knowledge, or he was unable to convince her otherwise.
As for why she’s doing it, we have a feeling that’s Michael’s fault as he may let it slip they learned Diane purchased the poison found in Phyllis’ tainted blood sample.
We’re still waiting for the dental records to be checked, but that’ll probably be ignored or Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) managed to convince someone else to work with him.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 13: Making the move
In a side quest storyline, it looks like Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will finally take the next step and accept Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)’s offer to move in with him.
We’re surprised it took this long, though time in a show can vary depending on how much they want to delve into a plot point.
In this case, we think it’ll be a good move for both of them as they’ll take a big step toward moving on with their lives and they’ll be able to become a family with Dominic.
We suspect there’s going to be a few landmines waiting for them down the road, but for now we’re going to enjoy what could be the lone peaceful and loving moment in this episode.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 13: Nate does it again
Whelp, we can’t say it’ll be a surprise when Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) gives into his desires with another coworker. In fact, we’re impressed he managed to hold off as long as he did.
He and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are a good match in a few ways, so there is plenty of potential for them to for a power couple, but relationships and Victoria don’t mix very well.
Still, this should be an interesting ride given how Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy)’s been expecting it. Afterall, she was the other woman once upon a time too.
