‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers are ready to kick off a new week, and it looks like we’re going to have plenty of action coming our way.
Things are going to get tense before too long as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will continue to work to find out what Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is hiding and why is he lying to her.
And it looks like the writers are going to try and redeem Gladys Corbin (Bonnir Burroughs) by having her stand up to the good doctor, but her finally growing a backbone is going to cost her.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Is he protecting Anna?
With the mystery around who is targeting Anna getting more complex, there are so many hints that Valentin has something to do with it and has more ties to Pikeman than he’s letting on.
While it’s possible that he is working with them on some nefarious scheme, “General Hospital” Spoilers think it’s more likely that he’s trying to protect Anna without telling her.
This will come off as suspicious, but he may believe that he’s protecting her by keeping any information he has from her.
What’s worse is he’s had every opportunity to tell Anna what’s going on, and it’s going to be fun seeing how badly this blows up in his face.
It’s not going to help him that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) also knows he’s lying to Anna, and he’s going to work with her to figure out why Valentin’s lying and how it fits in.
The sad part is it may be too late for him to come clean. We think he’s planted more than some trust issues in Anna’s mind.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Gladys is horrified
It’s taken her long enough, but Gladys is finally going to grow a backbone and realize what’s happening to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) at her request.
She’ll be horrified at how far Sasha has fallen and demand that Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) stop what he’s doing immediately.
Of course, he’s not going to be willing to do so on a whim and will want to make sure he’s properly compensated so he can disappear and avoid facing justice for what he did.
This feels like a redemption attempt for Gladys who not only willingly and vehemently tried to destroy two lives to keep her access to riches, but now somehow didn’t know Dr. Montague was going to destroy Sasha to fulfill his part of it?
Too little, too late, but maybe she’ll come through. Probably not though since they love torturing Sasha for some reason. It’d be nice if they gave the poor woman a break for once.
