Bryan Danielson stepped up to the plate at AEW All Out – standing up for Ricky Steamboat, who was challenged to a Strap Match by Ricky Starks.

Danielson is never one to shy away from violence – and would spend 15 minutes taking Starks to his limit. He wasn’t able to submit Starks – but choked him out with the strap for the victory. Tonight, we hear from Danielson – and get an idea on what is next for The American Dragon.

Time Is Running Out For Bryan Danielson

Tony Schiavone would welcome Danielson to the ring, and recounted his victory at All Out. So what is next for Danielson? He promised his daughter when turned 7 – he’d start finishing up his career.

She’s six now, and he’s keeping that promise. Time is running out – but that said, Danielson will not go gently into that goodnight.

Danielson is going to kick everyone’s head in, because if this is the final year of his career? He’s going to make it the best. Danielson is calling his shots, and at AEW WrestleDream in Seattle – he wants to face the man who dares to call himself the ‘best technical wrestler’ in the world. He wants Zack Sabre Jr.

Ricky Starks Refuses To Join Blackpool Combat Club

Ricky Starks would come out, and said he refused to sit in the back after Sunday. When Danielson wasn’t able to tap Starks out, it just validated his skills.

Starks is ready to take every chance in the world, and Danielson told him to be patient. Danielson saw Starks heart on Sunday, and approved of him.

He’d offer Starks a spot in the Blackpool Combat Club, but Big Bill would attack Danielson before he could finish. Jon Moxley would make the save – but was beaten down as well by Starks & Bill.

Danielson was choked out with the BCC shirt he was about to offer to Starks – making a clear statement. Next Wednesday on Dynamite, Moxley will defend the AEW International Championship against Big Bill.

MJF Is Just Two Matches Away

Samoa Joe knows that he can’t cut the line to a shot at MJF and the AEW World Championship – but he has a clear path to the belt. Last night on AEW Rampage, Joe would defeat Jeff Hardy to make the next round of the Grand Slam Eliminator Tournament.

Tonight, he looks to get one match closer to MJF – but has a new opponent in the form of Penta El Zero Miedo. Penta defeated Jay Lethal last night to get to this match – and will not go down without a fight.

Penta would get into the face of Joe, showing no fear before taking a headbutt. Joe would run into a superkick before a big shoulder tackle took Penta off his feet.

Penta was sent to the floor, and managed a slingblade as Joe tried to follow. Joe would regain control and threw Penta around ringside, before trading chops by the ring post.

Penta would grab a table, setting it up at ringside. Joe would get Penta back in the ring and throw some jabs, before dragging him back to ringside and into the steel steps.

Penta had his mask torn, before more stiff strikes in the ring. Joe was dismantling his opponent, having control of the pace of the match.

    Samoa Joe Make The Finals

Penta would hit a series of kicks in the corner, dropping Joe for the double stomp, but took too much time setting things up. Joe would dodge and hit the big running back elbow, before applying the Surfboard Stretch. Penta would be able to power to his feet, only to be dropped with a snapmare before the PK and elbow drop.

Joe would set up the Muscle Buster, only to take a kick to the nose. Penta hit the flying crossbody, before setting up the Backstabber in the ring.

Joe would catch Penta with a snap powerslam, going right into a pinfall for a two count. Penta got a kick to the back of Joe’s neck, before setting up the armbreaker.

Joe was able to break free, before the Manhattan Drop, Big Boot and running senton splash. Penta sent Joe to the floor and hit the dive over the top rope.

He’d try for a second dive, but Joe walked away – with Penta crashing through the table set up earlier. Back in the ring, Joe tried for the pinfall – getting a two count. Rear Naked Choke would be applied – and Samoa Joe advances to the finals.

Who will face MJF, Samoa Joe or Roderick Strong? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
