Little Women: Atlanta star Shirlene Pearson—also known as Ms. Juicy or Ms. Juicy Baby—was hospitalized on Friday, April 29, 2022. While she was placed in ICU, her condition has since stabilized according to a statement on her Instagram. The statement reads:
“At this time Ms Juicy is stabilized in the ICU. The family is thankful for all the prayers and are asking for you to respect their privacy at this time.
Please continue to keep Ms Juicy in your prayers. We will keep you updated with any changes.

The big question of why “The Queen of Atlanta” was hospitalized wasn’t addressed. It’s one of those situations where whether or not her condition improves further determines when and how much we will find out about her ailment.
Ms. Juicy Baby made her debut on Little Women: Atlanta as a guest star in season one in 2016. Her charisma and larger-than-life personality saw Pearson become a star of the Lifetime series in the second season. She remained a star on the show up until its sixth season.
Prior to joining the cast of Little Women: Atlanta, Shirlene Pearson worked as a radio host and talent manager in the Atlanta area. She has been a known personality in the city and neighboring markets for years.

While there are reality stars who present themselves as larger than they actually are and attempt to distance themselves from their role on these shows, Ms. Juicy has been positive about being a part of the second-longest running show in the franchise. Pearson also established strong friendships with her fellow cast members such as the late Ashley “Minnie” Ross who passed in late April 2020 at the age of 34.
