Brad Pitt seems to have developed a bond with a new special friend in his life. It no one else, than his co-star for his newest movie Bullet Train, Joey King.
The 58 years old Fight Club star apparently had the time of his life on the promotions of the action movie. Brad Pitt is an open-minded personality that can get along with almost anybody. He proves this by becoming close friends with Joey King who is almost the same age as his eldest son.
Brad Pitt And Joey King Promote Bullet Train Together And Develop A Special Bond
The public could have seen them laughing and having great fun during their visits to France, Germany, and the UK. The action stars are not afraid to show their friendship to the cameras as well. They pose for a snap every chance they get.
Joey King gives her gratitude and confirmation that Brad Pitt has been like a mentor to her during the filming. She says she sees him almost as a father figure. She says he is great at pointing out things that need to be improved and says that he has not been backing up in sharing all the knowledge he has of acting. Joey unveils that he also gave her some pointers for her private life as well.
“I learned a lot from Brad, some incredible personal life lessons,’ she shared with Men’s Journal this month.” – Joey says. “He’s been in the public eye for so long. It’s such a weird thing to balance. Only a niche group knows exactly what it feels like. Brad was so gracious in helping someone like me.”
She points out that aside from the ‘serious’ side of Pitt, there is a side that is fun to interact with. Apparently, he is funny and fun to be around. All this, at a time when he is in a dispute over multi-million belongings with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie.
“Bullet Train is a truly larger-than-life film that I can’t believe I got to be a part of. I’ve been acting for a long time, but I had a zoom-out Hollywood moment of “Wow, this is insane. I’m in an action film directed by David Leitch (John Wick, Deadpool 2) with Brad Pitt.” Brad is absolutely hysterical in this movie.” – Joey adds.
After divorcing Angelina Jolie, now Brad Pitt is in legal disputes with her regarding some of their mutual belongings. Joey King is engaged to Steven Piet and is about to get married in the following period. She reveals she is in the closing stage of planning her wedding.
Joey is 22 years old and is just 2 years older than Maddox, Pitt’s eldest son. Pitt has five more children with Jolie.
Brad Pitt recently confesses that he is a recovering alcoholic. He is in a process of getting sober after his split from Angelina Jolie in 2016. He looks at the cast of Bullet train as people that he can be open with and who support him in his endeavors.
Brad Pitt is also in pursuit of improving his overall health, so that is why he manages to stop smoking during the Covid 19 pandemic.
