He denies having anything with Nicole Shanahan. Furthermore, he took to Twitter and posted a photo of himself and his friend Sergey Brin together at a party just a day or two ago. The rumors state that he even begged Brin to forgive him, which he classified as untrue as well.
Since there has been no public comment from Brin, or his wife on the matter until now, the rumors continue.
However, now, they may come to an end. Nicole Shanahan responded to the rumors and denied having anything to do with Elon Musk in any shape or form.

The rumors were started by the publishing of the Wall Street Journal article. From WSJ they claim that Elon and Nicole had an affair in December 2021. Months after the birth of his daughter with Grimes and just one month after he welcomed twins with Shivon Zilis, one of his top executives in Neuralink.
