AEW Dark rolls on. We now see Tony Schiavone, a little late this time around as he didn’t introduce the ifrst match, but Dasha Gonzalez is back with him this time around! They introduce the match between the Stronghearts and the Dark Order and we get another couple of people asking who the Exalted One might be. On their way out, commentary reminds us of Evil Uno offering CIMA a spot in the Dark Order on Dynamite, but evidently this was emphatically turned down later on in the night. Alex Reynolds and John Silver are backing up Uno and Grayson.
The Dark Order (Evil Uno & Stu Grayson) vs. The Stronghearts (CIMA & T-Hawk)
T-Hawk and Uno begin. Hawk with a side headlock, gets shot off, hits a shoulder block, Uno does not go down and responds with a shoulder block that takes him down. Uno tries to force T-Hawk to stop but gets hit with a big chop anyway! Got that vest on though protecting his chest. Hits the ropes, ducks a clothesline, Uno teases a punch to make him flinch, only to poke him in the eyes! Tag to Grayson, T-Hawk gets him with a low dropkick clipping the legs out from under him!
CIMA tags in, Stronghearts with a camel clutch/dropkick double team! CIMA locks Grayson in an Octopus Stretch-style hold on the mat, Grayson gets a foot on the ropes to break it. Tag to T-Hawk who gets people going, wants a chop but Grayson ducks it, double legs him and sends him into the Dark Order corner! Tag to Uno who delivers a chop of his own, T-Hawk does not look happy about it. Whips him to the ropes but Hawk with a boot up on a back body drop attempt, wants an overhead chop but Uno bails. Makes him chase him around the ring, tags Grayson in on his way back in, Stu takes him surprise and nails him with a Uranage! Mounted punches, takes him to the heel corner, Uno tags back in. Gang attack takes him down, Uno does his pose.
Uno with a vertical suplex, Grayson tags in during it and covers for 2. Jumping knee strike, elbow to the throat for a nearfall. Grayson with a whip, but T-Hawk surprises him with a Sit-Out Spinebuster! Makes the hot tag to CIMA who is a house of fire, double knees to Grayson, then to Uno, double footstomp to the chest of Grayson! Tags T-Hawk back in, double team back elbows attempted but Uno blocks Hawk, only to eat a knife edge chop that sends him to the floor! Stereo Suicide Dives takes out Uno, Grayson, Reynolds and Silver!
Uno tags in, with a right hand to Hawk, hits the ropes but gets taken into the ropes with a Drop Toe Hold, CIMA with a top rope flying knee drop to the back! Grayson runs in but gets a Pop-Up Kneelift, right into a Reverse Powerslam! Tag to CIMA, Missile Dropkick to Uno! Crosses the legs for the Perfect Driver, narrow nearfall! T-Hawk tags in, Uno with a back elbow off a charge to T-Hawk, slams him into CIMA in the corner, Samoan Drop/DDT combo to both Stronghearts! Tag to Grayson, Springboard DDT spikes CIMA hard on the apron! Tag team Pop-Up Powerbomb for a close nearfall! But then they nail Fatality for the victory!
Winner: The Dark Order
Always nice to see the Stronghearts, yet another win for the Dark Order. At 7-2, they’re by far one of the most protected teams on the roster.
