One of the first women that WWE had during the attitude era that could actually wrestle, Lita was someone who was before her time. Not only did she have a look that was great for that time period, she had moves that people would consider extreme. In a way, I feel bad for her because it would be close to ten years after she debuted before they would actually get another female wrestler that could wrestle on her level.
Even though she had this cool move set, most of the time, she would have to perform these moves on the male talent and also had to feel the repercussions of her doing these moves.
Litasualt
Throughout this entire list, you have to think about the time that she was active and relevant. In the year 2000, unless you was a fan of the cruiserweights in WCW, you very rarely saw a moonsault.
With that being said, a woman wrestler in WWE doing a moonsault was CRAZY! Before Lita, most women were relegated to catfights and slaps.
Lita’s Litasault looked great even though she wasn’t always the safest while doing it (more so to herself than to the person taking the move). She would often miss the moonsault and not by the opponent moving.
Lita really shined when she joined the Hardy Boys because she fit the aesthetic of the group and moves like this matched their extreme persona.

Twist of Fate
The Twist of Fate is Matt Hardy‘s finisher move that he made look great. The puzzling thing about this move as one of Lita’s signature moves, is that I never thought it was possible that anyone could do a sh*ttier Twist of Fate than Matt Hardy’s own younger brother, Jeff Hardy, but then Lita actually proved me wrong by doing the sh*ttiest version of this move.
Jeff made the move look like a twisting stunner, which I can at least explain. What Lita did is something that you just have to see. It is sloppy and not in a good way. The impact wasn’t there.
She used it as a setup to her Litasault finisher move. I wish she would’ve either stop doing it or get Matt Hardy, who was her boyfriend at the time, would teach her how to do it properly.

Litacarana
Moving on from a move that looked terrible to a move that looked great, the Litacarana was good and seemed effective every time she did it.
The Litacarana was a frankenstiner from the top rope. The main reason that it looked good was that many times, she did the move on guys that knew how to take and sell the move.
It was hit or miss when she did the move on the female talent, even though it wasn’t Lita’s fault at all. Every time she did it on the women wrestlers, I had to hold my breath because they almost always fell awkwardly.
During the time that Lita was doing this move, it was considered extreme and it was a move that wasn’t seen very often on WWE television.
DOOM Score: 4 out of 5
Suicide Dive
Another move that seems like a basic move by today’s standards because no matter how big you are, you are doing a suicide dive for some reason.
Back when Lita was doing it, it was a big deal. Like the Litacarana, it looked the best when she did it to the guys because they could catch her and it was safe for her.
When she started doing it to the other women, they would often drop her on her head on accident or just completely
miss catching her. The score is mainly for the novelty of the time, but by today’s standard and how women today are doing the same move, its not very impressive.
