The manager of Glen Johnson Tavern acknowledged that there was an “emergency,” but she gave no further information. In May, Sharon tested positive for COVID-19 when her daughter Kelly Osbourne and husband Ozzy Osbourne also caught the coronavirus. This led to concerns about Sharon’s health. In December 2020, Sharon also had COVID, for which she had to spend a short time in the hospital.

In October, she gave an interview for the ITV documentary Paxman: Putting Up with Parkinson’s, in which she discussed Ozzy’s diagnosis in 2003. “Suddenly, your life stops. Life as you knew it,” Sharon said. In July, Sharon and Ozzy celebrated their 40th anniversary. In addition to Kelly, who is 38 years old, the couple also has a daughter named Aimee, who is 39 years old, and a son named Jack, who is 37 years old. The couple are also proud grandparents to Jack’s four kids and Kelly’s first kid.
Ozzy has since stated that he does not wish to relocate back to the United Kingdom from the United States, even though his family (minus Aimee) revealed in September that they would film a 10-part BBC reality series, Home to Roost, which was going to document their journey moving back to the United Kingdom from the United States. The former member of The Talk has provided care for Ozzy, 74, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
In June, Ozzy went through a major procedure that was said to “determine the rest of his life.” “When I look at my husband, my heart breaks for him,” she continued. “I’m sad to see him that way, but what he goes through is worse. And sometimes when I look at him, and he doesn’t know I’m looking at him, I’m like crying.”
