Prince Andrew could be in further trouble after The Mail on Sunday presented significant proof that the notorious photo of him with the purported sexual victim, Virginia Guiffre was authentic, refuting any claims it was doctored.
Photography Experts Convinced Prince Andrew’s Damning Photo With Virginia Guiffre Is Real-‘To Come Out And Say It Was Fake Is Ridiculous’
The image of Andrew with his arm around the then 17-year-old Roberts has been a thorn in his side. While his one-time friend Ghislaine Maxwell made it clear that the image was a fake, it appears that there is now more to it than meets the eye.
Michael Thomas, a cameraman, stumbled upon the original photograph in 2011 while he was looking into the allegations made by Giuffre that Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted pedophile, had trafficked her to influential people.
In his comments, he said: “It was a normal 6×4 inch print that you would have got from any developer at the time. It looked like it was 10 years old.
“It wasn’t crisp because it had been developed in 2001. For Ghislaine Maxwell to come out and say it was fake is ridiculous.”
Charles took more than 30 photos of the photograph and then, decidedly, turned it over and shot three images of its opposite side with his digital camera.
The back side exhibited a date stamp which indicated it was developed at a Walgreens One Hour Photo shop on Tuesday, 31st March 2001 – three days after the date when, as per her testimony, Giuffre was compelled to engage in sexual relations with Andrew.
Joel VanHemel, who happens to be an expert on photography, was convinced it was a real photo. He stated: “It was definitely produced in a Walgreens, for sure, probably using a Noritsu or Fuji machine.
“The 000 number would be the order number, presumably because it was their first order that particular day.” Time will tell how damning this could be for Andrew.
