‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep the ball rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
Genoa City is becoming very interesting lately, and it looks like there’s plenty more shenanigans happening that will require a good amount of popcorn while viewing.
With our snacks ready, let’s dive into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, July 26:Just a tiny snag
It looks like Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will put the final touches on her plan to have Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) infiltrate Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)’s company and take it down from the inside.
It’ll start with a public fight between Billy, her, and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to make it look like Billy is on the outs, and that’s where things start going sideways.
Jack won’t like putting Billy in this position and he’ll be concerned that between their “fight” and getting into Ashley’s company the old Billy could be brought to the surface and he might buy into the power and prestige he’ll have there.
Billy will question if he’s really trusted and things could escalate, but “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers expect Diane will keep him and Jack calm. They’ve been through this a few hundred times, and with more at stake than their egos they’ll make it work.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, July 26: Victor’s mandate
Whelp, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) had plans to one day run Newman Enterprises, but that dream was put on pause thanks to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s nepotism.
Nate’s been filling in for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) as they’ve been out of town on business, and he may be getting a little too comfortable in the big chair.
Granted, we don’t think he wants to usurp Victoria. That’s more Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver)’s thing since she wants all the power, but there is a chance she could convince Nate to go for it.
But after Victor sits him down and flat out tells him no one besides a Newman will ever run his company, it’ll look bleak.
Though it does open the door for a coup on Victor, and if anyone deserves to get ousted for a while and to give us great drama as he fights to get back what’s his, it’s Victor.
We’ve practically been begging for his kids to overthrow him and make him go on one final war to prove he’s the best, but so far we haven’t been so lucky.
Maybe this time will be the charm and Audra and Nate will convince Victoria it’s her time now.
Will Billy be able to pull it off or will the temptation be too great and his old habits return? Let us know in the comments below and check back with “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
