FTR (professional wrestling tag team consisting of Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwoodwent) on to talk about the dream match between FTR and Young Bucks (American professional wrestling tag team, consisting of brothers Matthew and Nicholas Massie, who are known by their ring names Matt and Nick Jackson). This match was even being talked about before FTR left WWE. With the feud starting on BTE.
When the Elite kapt saying FTR, which stood for F**k The Revival. The Revival being the name of the tag team back in WWE. FTR went on to comment on the build up to the match.
What was said:
Wheelier one of half of FTR said: “To get to your question, the build hasn’t been exactly what I hope it would be, and maybe we won’t main event Full Gear, but we are going to guaran-god damn-tee that no one on that show can follow us after that and there’s nothing left standing.
Those fans are going to be so spent and people watching at home are going to be so exhausted, that we are going to be on our last legs so that people know, without a shadow of doubt, that it was the best tag team match they are ever going to see.”
Could FTR leave?
FTR would most likely never go back to WWE. Now there’s a lot of opportunities out there. With them able to go to NJPW, ROH and Impact. If they wanted to they would make a massive impact there. Even though the build is not huge.
We could easily blame the fact that there’s no crowd but the show must go on. It is sad to see that this feud hasn’t hit its full potential due to the lack of crowds. That though ,could be said about every feud that has taken part in the Covid period.
A big thing is missing that started this feud is Cody Rhodes. That at the start of the feud was a big part of the FTR movement. Now he’s nowhere to be seen. There looks to be some changes that could have been made.
With more time given to segments and maybe Young Bucks not turning heel. Or maybe it’s something we have missed and we could get something this Wednesday that could make this feud better. The match should still be one of the best of the year. With these two being some of the best tag teams in the world.
