Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Results!
Looks like we’re in for a fun night as Bobby Lashley’s bounty on Drew McIntyre will go into effect and Rhea Ripley and Asuka will sign their WrestleMania contracts for the Raw Women’s Championship match.
Without further ado, let’s get to the action!
The show started with a clip earlier today when Drew McIntyre entered the building, and he said he’s got a huge target on his back.
He said everyone around him is a potential threat and he doesn’t know what’ll happen.
He dared anyone and everyone to do it and get a gold old fashioned Scottish a$$ kicking.
Back in the Thunderdome, Bobby Lashley and the Hurt Business came out to officially kick off the live/might’ve been recorded earlier.
In the ring, MVP called things to order by saying this is an official announcement from the Hurt Business.
He promised Lashley will walk in and out as the champion. He‘s currently slated to face McIntyre, but he wanted to make their business proposition clear.
Lashley reiterated that whoever takes McIntyre out will get a match against him for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania.
MVP said they’re offering the chance of a lifetime for anyone wanting to take the plunge but no one came out.
He then wanted to show us who won’t be sharing the ring with Lashley and last week’s 2 on 1 handicap match between McIntyre and Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander.
Because Benjamin and Alexander lost last week, they’re barred from ringside during Lashley’s championship match.
Cleaning house
After watching the replay on the titantron, Lashley called them out for failing and then mentioned them losing the tag titles and called them an embarrassment.
He said he can’t count on them for anything now, and he refuses to associate with incompetence.
MVP said Lashley’s right and they failed miserably, then gave them an opportunity to speak up for themselves.
Alexander and Benjamin took exception to being called out publicly, and Benjamin and MVP got into it before Benjamin shoved MVP back.
Lashley nailed Alexander with a right, and Benjamin hit Lashley with a reverse suplex.
Lashley hit a couple of rights but Benjamin raked his eyes and pounded away, then hit a flatliner.
Alexander climbed into the apron, then dropped down when Lashley went for him. Lashley then kick Benjamin out of the ring.
Lashley officially kicked them out of the Hurt Business, officially breaking up on of the best factions in wrestling.
He then said the opportunity is there for whomever takes out McIntyre, but we can’t get over the Hurt Business dissolving.
This is a bad move and we’re calling it now.
Riddle’s sideswiped
Backstage, Riddle was stopped and asked why he thinks Sheamus attacked him with his scooter.
He said he doesn’t know if Sheamus had a bad day, a tummy ache, or no soul, but Sheamus pissed him off.
He compared it to having a great tasting burrito and dropping it onto the floor.
He then asked Titus O’Neal about roasting a pig in the middle of the ring at WrestleMania.
O’Neal said he’s not the roaster but the co-host at WrestleMania.
Sheamus then nailed Riddle from the side and told him he’ll see him in the ring.
Benjamin and Alexander want Lashley
Backstage, Alexander and Benjamin came up to Adam Pearce and demanded that Benjamin faces Lashley tonight and Alexander gets him next week.
Pearce asked if they’re sure, and they asked him if he’s protecting Lashley like he does McIntyre and Roman Reigns and told him to grow a sack.
WWE Raw Results have a feeling they’re not going to like what they get.
