On Monday, Joe shared a series of pictures of himself rocking a necklace with Willa’s name engraved on it, and he captioned the series of photos with “BIG.” The music star layered the engraved locket with a silver chain and a simple pearl necklace. Joe and his wife, Sophie Turner welcomed Willa a year ago. Us Weekly confirmed that the duo, who tied the knot in May 2019, were expecting their first child less than a one later.

When they welcomed Willa, a source offered more context on the child’s name. “Willa isn’t a family name and isn’t short for anything,” the source exclusively told Us at the time. “[It] is a name they had picked out a while ago before the baby’s arrival.”
Since they welcomed their daughter, Sophie and Joe have chosen to keep their family life private. Four months after Willa was born, an insider told Us that they were “already trying to have another baby.” “They are really excited to expand their family,” the insider source shared in December 2020. “Having the baby has made them really close and want to have a large family together.”

Joe also said that having a child taught him that “naps are nice” at all times. Sophie also recently reflected on watching him become a father to Willa “Happy Father’s Day to the ultimate dad and all the dads out there.
