NHL star Evander Kane has sent shockwaves around the globe after the star had gone to court to claim that his wife Anna Kane had made up her pregnancy.
NHL Star Evander Kane Accuses His Wife Of Faking Her Pregnancy-‘Anna Had Actually Had An Abortion’
Evander, for his part, is not having the best of time as of late. This is because the San Jose Sharks player has been suspended on the grounds that he had apparently violated Covid-19 protocols.
To make matters even worse, it is alleged that he had submitted a false Covid-19 vaccination card to the NHL authorities. That ended up with him getting a 21 game suspension. Therefore, this is the last thing that he needs at this moment.
According to the court documents obtained by TMZ: “Kane says his estranged wife, Anna Kane, has been lying to him about her pregnancy.
“He had believed Anna was pregnant with their second child, which was due in February 2022.” This begs the question, what made Evander change his mind?
Well, it is suggested that Evander came across medical bills which suggested that something was not right. And after going through them with a fine-tooth comb, he found something that made his stomach turn.
TMZ stated: “Evander, though, says after he reviewed recent medical bills — it was brought to his attention that Anna had actually had an abortion way back in July.”
If it is proven to be true that Anna did, in fact, fake the pregnancy or get an abortion, then the following reasons may explain why she would do so. First of all, there could be a financial benefit involved, given that pregnancies do require money for the preparation.
Secondly, it could also have been done to make Evander feel traumatised. Regardless of what the truth could be, Anna’s comments have not done her any favours in alleviating the suspicion.
The following comments confirmed as much: “[I] did not inform [Evander] or the court that I was no longer pregnant. She did deny, however, wearing any sort of prosthetics in an attempt to look pregnant.”
