AEW Dynamite Results: Natural Nightmares vs. Butcher & The Blade [Bunkhouse Match]

Dustin Rhodes has been in this industry a very long time, but something new is in the works for him tonight. He teams with QT Marshall to face The Butcher & The Blade in a Bunkhouse Match. What’s a Bunkhouse Match? No one knows, but sounds like anything goes!

Butcher & The Blade Are In Control

Butcher & The Blade would hit the ring dressed for a No DQ war, where anything goes but the match must end in the ring. Natural Nightmares were equally ready for this brawl, QT Marshall diving over the ropes right into Blade to get this party started. Dustin & Butcher brawled on the outside, but in the ring QT got whipped by a belt.

Butcher would try a powerbomb on a steel chair, instead getting hit with The Final Reckoning on the chair. Blade went after Dustin next, but would be ping ponged between both members of Natural Nightmares. They’d set a table up, but QT was smashed with a guitar, Jeff Jarrett style. Dustin sent Blade into the ring, with a bull rope in hand.

Butcher would blindside Dustin with a chair assisted crossbody, and QT Marshall was bloody on the outside. Natural Nightmares were in trouble, and Blade had grabbed a ladder. Bunny would handcuff Dustin Rhodes in the corner.

Natural Nightmares Make The Comeback

QT Marshall was now isolated in a two on one hardcore match. He’d fight on, but get launched into a ladder, and gouged with a pair of scissors and more. A sidewalk slam with a chair assisted elbow drop would be enough for Dustin, who grabbed a kendo stick and started swinging. He’d be knocked off the apron, the handcuffs breaking on the way down, so at least he’s free.

QT Marshall would endure the beatdown now at ringside, having a hay bale thrown onto him. Butcher & The Blade already felt they won, but Dustin was back in with some jabs and a double clothesline, before using the ladder as a weapon. Butcher would attack the ladder with a chair, and send Dustin to the outside. They’d brawl into the stage, and Dustin would hit a bulldog through a bunch of plywood.

Back in the ring, Blade was now bloody as well, and throwing shots with QT Marshall. QT won using a trash can lid to the face. He’d set the ladder up, he’d sore off the top with an elbow drop, but somehow Blade kicked out at two. Butcher & Dustin were back, and Dustin hit a Code Red on Butcher but was taken down by a chain shot from Blade.

An End To This Brutal Match

Bunny would help fill the room with chairs, and Full Death would be hit onto two chairs. QT Marshall barely made the save with a trash can lid, and hit a chain assisted Diamond Cutter on Butcher. When he’d try the same on Blade, he took a big low blow instead. Bunny would help QT Marshall up and let Blade run him through.

Instead, QT ducked and Bunny was wiped out through the table. Dustin used the cowbell, QT hit the Diamond Cutter and this bloody war was through.
