Despite being the winners of the 2020 Deadly Draw tournament, Ivelisse & Diamante get less respect than Taz. They should be honoured as champions, yet we hardly see them make it to Dynamite. Tonight, that changes as they face off with Serena Deeb and Big Swole, who are teaming for the very first time. Last week, Diamante & Iveliesse helped Nyla Rose attack Red Velvet backstage, but Swole & Deeb made the save, setting up this match.
Big Swole Gets Isolated
Deeb started up with Ivelisse, and was able to force her into the corner but no clean break from Ivelisse. She’d be taken down by a running Deeb before Swole was tagged in to hit some big strikes. Diamante tagged in, but was hit with an explosive backbreaker before a big belly to belly suplex.
Deeb almost got the tag back in, before Diamante elbowed her in the face. Swole was hung up on the ropes and hit with a German Suplex, followed by a double suplex. Ivelisse would drop Swole with a twisting double arm suplex, before Diamante tagged back in.
Swole was isolated in enemy territory, and Deeb was itching to get in. She’d almost get the tag before taking a knee to the stomach, but was getting more and more fired up. Deeb would tag in, and completely change the complexion of the match. She’d get Ivelisse in a deathlock and suplex Diamante, and just do her best to control this match.
Dean Malenko Would Be Proud
A neckbreak in the ropes followed by a big gutbuster would set up the Figure Four Leg Lock, but Ivelisse rolled to the tag. Double knees to the head and a double slam would put Deeb down for a two count. Deeb countered a neckbreaker attempt into a suplex, and Swole came back in to look for Dirty Dancing but ended up caught by Ivelisse.
She’d stay in the fight, hit a headbutt, Tiger Driver and the Clearwater Cloverleaf. Deeb got a submission on Ivelisse, and this one was over. After the match, Nyla Rose ran to the ring to help a beatdown, and Red Velvet made the save with a chair.
