Shiloh, Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie’s beautiful daughter had insisted on some pretty bizarre things throughout her life. She asked for a cropped haircut, she preferred to wear boy’s clothes, and according to the pair going through a divorce, she identifies as one of the ‘boys’. While some people find it obnoxious, Pitt accepts the fact and supports it. Shiloh is the first biological child of ‘Brangelina’.
“She only responds to John!” – Pitt claims. Brad Pitt is evidently a proud parent of the young Shiloh. During the premiere of his most recent movie, Bullet Train, last week, he almost cried when speaking about his daughter and about how satisfied he is with her progress until now.

He prefers to give her the freedom to identify as she likes and even did that from the beginning. Back in 2008, while on the Oprah Winfrey show, Brad explained his interactions with his daughter.
“She only wants to be called John.” – Brad revealed. “Then I’ll say, ‘John, would you like some orange juice?’, and she goes, ‘No!’ It’s just that kind of stuff that’s cute to parents and it’s probably really obnoxious to other people.”
In the past, we were witnessing public appearances of Brad’s daughter where she wore ‘man’s clothes’. She appears several times throughout Brad’s premieres wearing a suit and a tie, just like her dad.
Brad Pitt also reveals that at one point in her life, Shiloh liked people to call her Peter. This is due to her appearance in the Peter Pan movie.
Despite all this, Shiloh still identifies as a woman and prefers to use ‘she’ and ‘her’ while speaking about herself. Of course, this is the way Brad and Angelina refer to her in interviews as well.
Shiloh is much more feminine when she is 16 years old. She most recently wore a dress while making a public appearance and posed next to her sister in a rather feminine fashion.
“I don’t think it’s for the world to interpret anything.” – Jolie said for the Daily Mail. “She likes to dress like a boy and wants her hair cut like a boy. She wanted to be called John for a while. Some kids wear capes and want to be Superman and she wants to be like her brothers. It’s who she is.”
Jolie admits that Shiloh’s behavior surprised her since it was happening at a very early age, however, she found it ‘cute and interesting’.
