As we’ve heard, since he’s been incarcerated, Joe Exotic has been suffering from a number of ailments. In a recent prison phone interview with TMZ, Joe shared what happens after he passes.
Joe Exotic Has a Do Not Resuscitate Order in His Will – Says Everything Will Go to Fiancé Seth Posey
According to Joe, his current fiancé—Seth Posey—will get the estate. However, if Seth passes, then the estate goes to his son. The goal for the former private zoo owner is for no one who has complicated things for him to get any of his assets. Joe Exotic expressed that this includes his family and former flames. He said he’s “sick of people standing in line waiting to collect my stuff.”
Speaking of former flames, don’t forget that there was some heat between Joe and ex-husband Dillon Passage over a prenuptial agreement. It was while addressing the financial details that his lawyer mentioned that the Tiger King star was over $100 million in debt and wasn’t bringing in enough anyway.
He met Seth Posey in 2021 when the latter won Bachelor King, an online competition to become Joe’s new partner. It was like Flavor of Love or Rock of Love. Similar to those competitions, Joe and Seth didn’t last the first time around but reconnected in 2022. Posey’s re-entry into Joe’s life came after things with inmate and ex-fiancé John Graham ended after Graham was released.
Also, there’s the issue of what happens if things go further south for Joe Exotic and he becomes unresponsive. He told TMZ that there was a Do Not Resuscitate order in his will since being resuscitated just to be before prison for several more years just doesn’t work for him.
