The Road to Power Struggle continues at the legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, a day after the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship was in the marquee. The Suzuki-Gun team Dangerous Tekkers (Zack Sabre Jr/Taichi) make their V2 defense of the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championship against the CHAOS tandem of Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi.
The Road to Power Struggle continues at the legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo later this morning in the west, as New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) builds towards the Power Struggle feature event on November 7, 2020. One-third of the normal amount of seats will be available for the live audience due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus, 2019) pandemic.
The New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) Road to Power Struggle tour went to Chiba and the Makuhari Messe International Conference Hall 6 on October 25th. The event drew 486 fans due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus, 2019) attendance restrictions put into place by NJPW.
The Road to Power Struggle continued after the tour opener on October 23, 2020. With New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) moving towards Wrestle Kingdom 15 on January 4th and 5th of next year, the importance of title matches are even higher.
The October 30, 2020 episode of New Japan Strong introduced the New Japan of America (NJoA) Showdown tour. The ‘Road to’ events will lead to a tour finale, in the same vein as the New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) tours that take place in Japan.

The marquee match of the October 23, 2020 Road to Power Struggle event saw CHAOS members Hirooki Goto, “Stone Pitbull” Tomohiro Ishii, and Yoshi-Hashi make their V2 defense of the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championship against the Suzuki-Gun team of Dangerous Tekkers (Zack Sabre Jr/Taichi), who are the reigning IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions and Douki.
Former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion (as Black Tiger) Rocky Romero faced former IWGP Heavyweight, IWGP Intercontinental Champion, IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion, and Bullet Club member “Switchblade” Jay White in the marquee.
Los Ingobernables de Japon (LIJ) Sanada was able to earn his spot after defeating his former Cold Darkness tag team partner, Evil. The duo won the 2017 & 2018 World Tag League tournament and also were two-time IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.
