Impact Wrestling Results spotted Swann and Mack backstage as they came up to offer Eddie Edwards and Satoshi Kajima their well wishes, and Edwards promised they get the first shot at the tag titles if they win.

Edwards and Doering started it off and Doering hit a pair of shoulder blocks to establish an edge, but Edwards got the best of Deaner and Kajima came in and controlled Deaner as he hit a shoulder block as we headed to commercial.

Back from commercial, Edwards was working over Deaner with a chop and Kajima came in and they hit a double elbow off the ropes.
Doering hit Kajima in the back with a kick at the ropes, then came in and pounded on Kajima for a while before tagging Deaner in, and Deaner went to work.
After quick tags, Doering locked in a rear chin lock and Kajima started to wear down, and Doering switched to a neck twist and stepped over Kajima’s arm.
Kajima blocked a trio of suplex attempts by Doering and hit his own to buy some time and reached Edwards.
Edwards went right after Deaner and the two exchange blows until Edwards hit a Blue Thunder Bomb off the ropes for a near pinfall.

Edwards went for a Tiger Driver, but Doering came in to stop it and Deaner slipped to the floor and Kajima clotheslined Doering over the top rope.
The heart of champions
Kajima and Edwards hit suicide dives over and threw the ropes as we headed to commercial.
Back from the break, Kajima and Edwards were in control over Deaner and worked him over in their corner before Edwards sent him into a corner with a headbutt, and then whipped him in the opposite corner.
Edwards hit a splash, then Rhino distracted Edwards so Deaner could sidestep his charge and Doering ran over Edwards. Deaner hit a power bomb for a pin attempt, and then choked out Edwards.
Doering hit a body slam and stumbled into the ropes, but managed to hit a elbow on Edwards, and then held him for Deaner to hit an elbow off the top rope.
Edwards hit a jawbreaker, but Deaner caught him with a knee for a pin attempt.
Doering grabbed Edwards arms and hit a big boot, then knocked Kajima off the apron.
Deaner went for a suplex, but Edwards slipped free and his a reverse suplex to buy some time and both men tried to get to their partners.
Kajima came in and ran Deaner over and nailed Doering with a forearm, and Kajima hit machine gun chops on Deaner, but Doering hit him from behind.
Kajima beat Doering back and he and Edwards hit simultaneous machine gun chops and exchanged splashed.
Too much power
Deaner got his second wind and hit a neckbreaker, then headed to the middle rope but missed a diving headbutt when Kajima rolled out of the way.

Edwards came in and ran into a boot, but Eddie hit a step up kick and went for a backpack stunner, but Doering nailed him with a crossbody and Deaner followed it with a diving headbutt off the top rope for a near pinfall.
Edwards ducked a clothesline by Doering and rolled him up for a near pinfall. Doering ran through a double clothesline and tool them both out with his own.
Edwards fought out of a Revolution Bomb, and Kajima hit a Kaji Cutter, but Doering caught Edwards’ Boston Knee Party and hit a Revolution Bomb.
This was a beyond awesome match and it had us on the edge of our seat the who time. An excellent way to close out an awesome show.
