The possibility of WWE and AEW having a kind of partnership has never been this close. However, it still is nowhere near happening. That may not make sense in a normal world but this is wrestling. No matter how far enough a crossover between both of the biggest brands are, let fantasy book some dream matches.
Darby Allin Vs. Finn Balor
The first one feels like both would work very well together in the ring. A long time feud between these two where it could take Finn Balor’s altered ego the Demon to take down the relentless Darby Allin.
Chris Jericho Vs. Kevin Owens
Not really a new feud but a feud that never ended that well in WWE. Jericho Vs. Owens was one of the best feuds in WWE at the time that did get overlooked by some very weird events and Brock Lesnar. The feud was meant to main event a PPV but got demoted to the middle of the card.
Cody Rhodes Vs. The Fiend
I was thinking about who Cody Rhodes could go up against for a while. Then it came to be that the perfect match up would be against the Fiend. Maybe in a more classic cinematic match. Where they go through the history of Cody Rhodes from Legacy to Stardusk. There would be so much to cover that could lead to a fantastic match.
Roman Reigns Vs. MJF
Originally, I thought Roman Reigns Vs. Kenny Omega but that seems to be the obvious one. A feud that should happen instead would be Roman Reigns Vs. MJF. It would mean that we would have a heel Vs. heel feud but Roman thinking he’s the good guy and MJF just wanting to be the bad guy could really work.
Brit Baker Vs. Becky Lynch
Lastly, we have arguably two of the best women wrestlers in both AEW and WWE. Both Brit Baker and Becky Lynch have risen to the top in a pretty similar way but are completely different characters that could make one of the best feuds in women’s wrestling history.
