At Die 4 GCW, a man in a black hood with a guitar showed up and attacked Effy. Jeff Jarrett was never expected to show up in a place like GCW, but here he is – and he’s got a purpose. He’s heard them calling themselves outlaws, and Jarrett has a claim at being the last true outlaw. Anything GCW does, Jarrett has already done. He’s also done some things no one else will ever do – like hold up Vince McMahon for money, and walk away with cold hard cash. Tonight, Effy meets the Last True Outlaw – and won’t have an easy path to victory.
Jeff Jarrett Doesn’t Know How To Deal With Effy
Effy would pull some money out of his trunks, with it being a 20$ bill. He’d tell Jarrett to take the money and go, but the referee took it instead. The mindgames might not work on a veteran like Jarrett however, and Jarrett won the opening lockup with ease. Effy would look for a wrist lock, but Jarrett was able to block before taking a chop to the head.
Jarrett would hit a big shoulder tackle, before Effy would enter a suggestive position – prompting the crowd to start a very unique chants. This would finally get into the head of Jarretts, with him swinging wildly before Effy dodged and took advantage with some grinding to the neck before a modified Tarantula hold.
Jarrett would chuck Effy out of the ring, and hit him with a belt – which prompted a “Daddy Likes It” chant from the crowd. He’d go insane and attack anyone employed by GCW on the outside. Jarrett tried to choke Effy in the ring, not knowing he enjoys that kinda thing. Effy was tied up to the turnbuckle, with Jarrett grabbing a steel chair.
Jarrett would miss the swing, and Effy would nail Under The Rainbow for a two count. Now, Effy had the belt and dished out some punishment. Jarrett grabbed the guitar, but took a low blow. Effy pulled off the fishnets, and went after the face of Jarrett with them. Jarrett would survive and hit the guitar shot into Stroke for the win!
Jon Moxley Is In The Best Shape Of His Career
Jon Moxley & Homicide are no strangers. From Dragon Gate USA to CZW, they’ve clashed in the past. However, tonight is their biggest match yet. Homicide earned a shot at GCW Die 4 This, winning the Do or Die Rumble – and now has a chance to become a two time GCW World Champion.
All he needs to do is enter Hammerstein Ballroom, and take out Jon Moxley. But not just any Jon Moxley, a Jon Moxley who just kicked the ass of his personal demons – and is in the best shape of his life. Homicide will need to embody his name if he wants to defeat this version of Mox.
Moxley got a hero’s welcome, and a ‘Fuck Bully Ray’ chant broke out – in response to Ray claiming Moxley needs to apologize to fans. They’d trade blows to kick this one off, right hands back and forth. Moxley would throw in some leg kicks, and sent Homicide onto the ropes.
Homicide tripped him to the outside, and would bite the ear of Moxley. Getting into the ring, Moxley would regroup and send Homicide outside before regrouping. A piledriver would get a two count for Moxley, and Homicide came back with a set of exploder suplexes before the cannonball senton to the floor. Back in the ring, Homicide hit a second rope cutter, getting a two count. Cop Killa was blocked, and Moxley would throw some forearm smashes before a German Suplex.
