LA Knight is at a turning point in his WWE career. His time in NXT seems to be done, and he might be done with his time in the ring as well. After his defeat at the hands of GUNTHER at NXT: Stand & Deliver, rumours would start to circulate about him taking the role as a manager on the WWE main roster.
This would make its debut ahead of Smackdown Live recently, with LA Knight introducing everyone to Knight Model Management. With former Retribution member Mace as his first client, the future seemed bright – and Knight has now claimed his second client.
LA Knight Has Another Client For Knight Model Management
Once again during a dark match segment – LA Knight would hype up another client, this time Mansoor. Mansoor notably is from Saudi Arabia – a major market that WWE has been entering with supershows in the past. He’s undefeated at these events, taking down the likes of Dolph Ziggler, Mustafa Ali & Cesaro in great performances. Aside from this, Mansoor came out of NXT & 205 Live with an undefeated streak – before quickly taking a loss on the main roster.
Mace would be the one wrestling last night, defeating Ivar of the Viking Raiders. Both Mace & Mansoor have mostly been off TV since the start of 2022. Mansoor only showed up twice in 2022, most notably as part of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale. This gimmick could well bring them both to the spotlight very soon.
With WWE potentially unifying the Smackdown & RAW Tag Team Championships soon, they are going to become a more high profile prize to chase – and LA Knight could make sure that Mace & Mansoor are at the front of the line.
One Of The Best NXT Call Ups In Recent Memory Already
Knight has retained his name from NXT, as well as his theme song – all while working to elevate younger talent who were floundering at the bottom of most WWE cards by using his incredible mic skills. While he still showed incredible promise in the ring, this is one of the smartest WWE call-ups in a long time.
