Rumors about a possible ‘Vanderpump Rules’ spinoff have been circulating for quite some time and now Stassi Schroeder has confirmed that it was all true.
In her new book ‘Off with My Head: The Definitive Basic Bitch Handbook to Surviving Rock Bottom,’ Stassi revealed that she was slated to star in a second show along with other original cast members from ‘Vanderpump Rules’.

‘The Vanderpump spinoff was supposed to be bridged by an episode about my gorgeous, Italian wedding, which would then introduce the new show. Surprise! We were all so looking forward to that,’ Stassi wrote in the book.
‘If the spin-off show would’ve happened and if it had been well received by fans, I could have gone on forever filming it because I believe that what makes a show worth doing is who you’re doing it with. And this way, I’d be continuing on with my group of friends, my chosen family…Obviously, though, that’s not happening,’ she wrote.
Stassi further elaborated on the show that never was during a recent episode of ‘The Morning Toast’ podcast, claiming that the series would have started with her whimsical wedding to Beau Clark in Italy.
‘They were going to slowly transition us and keep ‘Vanderpump Rules’ with a whole new cast of people who work at the restaurant. The way that ‘Vanderpump Rules’ started, where it was like ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ and it transitioned into ‘Vanderpump,’ that’s what we were going to do with my wedding,’ she said.
Stassi, who also divulged that the show was tentatively titled ‘Valley Rules,’ was fired from Bravo in 2020 along with her co-star Kristen Doute after a series of racist allegations were brought to light. Primarily, Stassi and Kristen received immense backlash for falsely accusing Faith Stowers, the show’s only black cast member, of a crime she did not commit and reporting her to the police.
‘Kristen and I thought we did our due diligence…we acted on gossip, and that was the problem. I did not witness anything, like, I didn’t witness Faith doing anything, and that is truly…the biggest lesson. You can’t go accusing people of things that you’ve never witnessed before,’ Stassi admitted.
When asked about if plans for a potential spinoff were still on the table, Lisa Vanderpump remained mum on the subject. ‘I don’t think we’re there yet. So I’m not saying we won’t be one day. But no, I can’t validate those rumors,’ she stated.
