The trial between once loving couple Johnny Depp and Amber Heard began years ago with Depp suing his ex-wife for defamation. While a lot has spiraled since the onset of the trial, fans of the couple and also the public are finding it difficult to pick sides.
The actors have taken to the stand to tell their sides of the confusing story as they both wish that they are heard by the people. In telling their story, they have to make use of evidence that is as compelling as possible so the jury feels what they feel and eventually reach a favorable verdict.

This has been going on well for a while but things start to change for Heard as her PR guru now has some allegations against him. PR guru David Shane was hired by Heard in the previous month to help her paint Depp as an abuser who oftentimes victimizes Heard whenever he is under the influence of alcohol.
However, will this fly with the sort of history this hired ‘judge’ is said to have? According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail, Shane is said to have been arrested two times—in 2010 and in 2012 on the charges of driving under influence.
This is rather ironic based on what his function is in the ongoing trial. Along with these charges, Shane is said to also have sexual assault allegations levied against him. A source revealed that Shane had to leave two offices where he worked after investigations done by HR on these allegations. He worked as Vice president for Hewlett-Packard between 2008-2010 and Juniper between 2010-2012.
Also, a 32-year-old former model named Hollie Doker said in an interview with DailyMail.com that Shane had tried to force her to give him oral sex after they had met on a dating app. She explained that she had two dates with Shane in 2018 and she returned with him to his condo after the second date. Detailing the event, Doker said, “He started getting really aggressive, like ‘come to my bedroom lets have sex.'”
She further explained that she refused him by lying that she was on her period and then after implying that she owed him for their date, he tried to force her to give him oral sex. Doker added that she reported the incident to the dating app, Raya and Shane’s account was deleted.
Shane’s inappropriate behaviors towards ladies he worked with was also mentioned by two staff that used to work with Shane. One was when Shane had paid ladies with Company’s funds so they could attend a conference event in order to “improve gender balance” and create a “club feel.”
Another colleague spoke anonymously, stating that Shane “took advantage” of younger people “who might not know better or are afraid to speak out.” He explained that Shane “pushed himself” on these young women. Unfortunately, a a statement could not be gotten from Juniper concerning the incident.
Shane’s lawyer, Rebecca Kaufman, however denied all allegations against her client, stating that they were all plots to take the focus off Depp and Heard’s trial. “It’s easy to get distracted by anonymous, false accusations, but the focus should be on the merits of the defamation case pending in Fairfax County, ” she said.
Surprisingly, Shane’s PR company—Shane communications was hired by Depp’s former business managers after he sued them for 5%million in 2017 with the claim that they mismanaged his finances. This was settled later in July 2018.
