As we last reported, Bam Margera left rehab as a result of his estranged wife leaving with their child—and without notice to him. He has since returned for his treatment but he still hasn’t heard anything from Nikki Boyd and has gotten a lawyer to help him deal with the situation.
Bam Margera Hires a Lawyer to See His Son After Wife Leaves While He Was in Rehab
From reports, Boyd really only contacts Margera’s lawyers on child support and custody manners. When Bam attempts to contact her, his calls aren’t returned. Despite his substance abuse issues and the end of his marriage, his main focus seems to be on getting better and seeing their child.
Previous efforts by Margera to work out something as far as visitation hasn’t worked out, obviously. Those efforts were made without a lawyer meaning there wasn’t going to be much progress unless Boyd relented. Currently, his new lawyer is trying to work something out with Boyd’s lawyer, so Bam might see some leeway if conditions are met.
Bam Margera is in treatment in Florida while Nikki Boyd has returned to California with their son Phoenix Wolf. She’s maintained that she was nothing but supportive of Bam during his treatment when he went missing previously and doesn’t care for being blamed for him leaving rehab. Boyd also says that she wants to hear from the rehabilitation facility before talking with Bam.
As it stands, Margera is done with Boyd after she filed for full custody of their son. The Jackass alum simply wants to supervised visitation at this point.
