A Memphis woman is looking at a murder charge after admitting to killing a man claiming she did so to “feed her demons.” Shapria Williams (30) would also tell a confidant that she killed Terry Massey and showed them the knife used in the murder.
Memphis Woman Stabs Man to Death and Claims That “It Was Time to Feed Her Demons”
After receiving what had to be a deceased person call, the Memphis PD arrived at a vacant home on Gruber Drive. After searching the house, they found Terry Massey dead in a rear bedroom.
Details about what actually precipitated the murder haven’t been revealed outside of Williams saying that she did it because “it was time to feed her demons,” according to the witness.
Williams, who also goes by “Shine”, was arrested and later charged with first-degree murder. She also has charges from February for car theft and theft of property between $1,000 and $2,000 in value.
Currently, Shapria Williams is being held in Shelby County Jail without bond.
