Actress Constance Wu has opened up on how she believes in all things supernatural.
Constance Wu Recalls Seeing A Ghost-‘I Saw A Very Old Lady’
The comments were made in relation to her project, 2:22 A Ghost Story, which is based on the notion of two couples that decided to stay awake until 2:22 in the morning.
This was done in an attempt to see if their new house was haunted. So when it came to the actual topic of supernatural things, Wu admitted that she had encountered a ghost. In her comments, she said: “I think ghost encounters are very ordinary.
“Mine happened in broad daylight in a neighbourhood, not in a haunted house or with any scary vibes around. I saw a very old lady standing there and she was very nice with these thick glasses.”
Much in the same way, Wu’s co-star Anna Camp also detailed some spooky experiences. She expanded on how she was in the possession of two Ouija boards.
And after having meddled with them, she came to the realisation that something untoward was going to happen. And as that actually transpired, without revealing what it was, this left a long-lasting impression on Anna.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “It was all interconnected and gave me chills and still gives me chills to this day when I retell the story.”
The fans on social media had a lot to say about the matter. A certain subset of people resonated with Wu’s words based on their own personal experiences.
Meanwhile, others questioned the credibility of the claims by doubting whether this had actually happened at all. One person wrote: “I also believe in ghosts. I think my apartment is haunted,” while another person stated: “Never happened.”
Wu is adamant over what she saw, even if the social media response has been anything but complimentary. And that will only go on to increase the hype surrounding her project.
