A Georgia man was sentenced to three life sentences as the result of deaths during a 2019 shoot-out. The sentence was handed down on November 15, 2022 and Angelo Lenon was held responsible for the deaths of Daishone Flagg, Jeremie Tyson, and Andrew Barkley.

According to prosecutors, Angelo Lenon and Andrew Barkley plotted to rob Flagg and Tyson after one or both of the victims posted drugs on social media. The two arrived at the apartment complex where the victims stayed and shot Flagg and Tyson as they slept.
Tyson was able to fire back at the two and struck Barkley as he and Leon attempted to fly. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found Tyson, Barkley, and Flagg unresponsive and rushed them to the hospital where all three would die.
Angelo Lenon was convicted of several offenses in relation to the murder on October 28, 2022. These included: three counts of felony murder, two counts of malicious murder, two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a first-offender probationer, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
He was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without parole in addition to a third life sentence to run concurrently. Leon was also given five years for a firearms offense.
