Limestone County, Georgia was the scene of a car chase that resulted in the arrest of three on drug trafficking charges for meth. The three Athens suspects—Joshua Oneil Allen (28), Yuri Griffin (38), and Bralyn Christian Parham (26)–were being investigated by the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office and the Athens PD for their involvement in meth sales in the area.
Three Arrested for Trafficking Meth Following Car Chase in Georgia
During the chase, authorities observed items being ditched out of the vehicle windows. The car eventually stopped and the three were held while officers collected the substance that was tossed out. Deputies returned with three baggies with 54 grams of meth inside.
Surprisingly, there were no injuries, significant property damage, or bystanders being harmed reported in the incident.
The three were taken into custody and charged with trafficking meth and tampering with evidence. Allen—the driver of the vehicle—received an additional charge of attempting to elude by motor vehicle. Parham was charged with certain persons forbidden to possess a pistol and possession of a controlled substance.
They are currently housed at the Limestone County Detention Center awaiting their court appearance.
