Brenden Noel’s time evading authorities in Alabama and the U.S Marshals on 11 outstanding warrants has come to an ended. What brought him in wasn’t his Alabama warrants but a warrant out of Iroquois County for much of the same: violating the Sex Offender Registration Act.

His warrants out of Alabama included sexual extortion, transmitting obscene material to a child by computer, electronic solicitation of a child, and possession and/or possession with intent to disseminate obscene matter containing visual depictions of person under 17 years of age involved in obscene acts.
The last charge is very particular and it’s usually the nail in the coffin for sex offenders with a ton of child pornography. In the case of another Alabama man who charged with 130 counts of possessing child porn, the missing charge was “possession with intent to disseminate.” It’s rare that it’s not included as circulating this material is commonplace from various arrest reports.
Brenden Noel is currently in the Iroquois County Jail where he will be extradited to Alabama to face his charges.
