The Romanian police took a hold of Andrew Tate and arrested him in his luxury home in Romania. Policemen and a Special forces team broke into his home near Bucharest and some of his other properties and arrested the controversial kickboxer on sex trafficking and rape offenses.
The Romanian prosecutors are claiming that Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, participate in some crime circles in the country. The authorities suspect that the brothers take part in a sex trafficking organization that abuses women. Until now, allegedly, there is proof for 6 women.
Andrew Tate Arrested in Romania For Rape And Human Trafficking
The abuse consists of rape, sexual harassment, and forcing young women in the area to film pornographic content that they later sold.
“With regard to the crime of rape, it was noted that, in March 2022, an injured person was forced, on two different occasions, by a suspect through the exercise of physical violence and psychological pressure to have sexual relations.” – the prosecutor’s letter reads.
The authorities are to question and investigate Andrew Tate in a try to find a connection between him and some of Romania’s organized crime.
In regards to how the police found Andrew Tate’s whereabouts, the situation gets a little bit funny. It is believed that Andrew Tate’s recent dispute with Greta Thunberg is to be blamed for leaking his location. Andrew Tate recently posted a home-filmed video where he speaks behind a table with some pizza boxes on it. Nevertheless, the police tracked him down with help from the location of the pizza restaurant.
“We cannot provide any details at the moment regarding alleged reports that the police detained . However, Andrew and Tristan Tate have the utmost respect for the Romanian authorities. They will always assist and help in any way they can.” – Andrew Tate’s lawyer told the Mail.
This is not the first time that the controversial ‘toxic masculinity’ star receives questions about human trafficking. The Romanian police raided some of his properties a couple of times before this occasion. He has been under human trafficking charges since April of last year. However, until now they have been unsuccessful in charging him with the crime.
Andrew Tate became an internet celebrity a couple of years ago. People accuse him of being a toxic masculinity promoter and a misogynist. He runs several businesses in Romania, one of which is Hustler’s university. A university where he ‘teaches’ people how to make money and ‘get out of the matrix’.
