WWE Smackdown Results returned as Drew McIntyre headed to the ring.
He said we’ve all seen the articles and after Day 1, the doctor told him he wouldn’t make the Royal Rumble or WrestleMania, and he told the doctor to go to hell.
The Rumble didn’t go as planned, and his attention is on Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss, and Corbin came out as he said that.

Corbin asked him if it’s worth risking his career to be thrown out like a bag of garbage by Lesnar.
He said he failed as Moss came into the ring behind him and McIntyre held his sword at Moss to stop him and said he wants to hear a Drew McIntyre joke.
Moss’ joke cracked McIntyre up so much he Claymored him and promised to torment Corbin every week.
Championship Contenders Match – Shinsuke Nakamura w/Rick Boogs vs. Jinder Mahal w/Shanky
Before the match got underway, Sami Zayn came out and joined the commentators and Mahal nailed Nakamura with a couple of heavy rights.

Nakamura took back control and went for a kinsasha but Mahal caught him with a knee and a F-5 on his knees for a pin attempt.
After Mahal worked over Nakamura’s neck, Nakamura fought free and hit a kinsasha for the wiwn.
The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E) vs. Los Lotharios (Angel, Humberto)
Big E and angel started it off and Big E sidestepped Angel’s dropkick and he and Kofi quick tagged to maintain control.
Angel distracted Kofi so Humberto could attack him from behind, and Loc Lotharios went to work.

Kofi dodged both of their baseball slide, then leaped off the apron and into a superkick by Angel as we headed to commercial.
Humberto and Angel continued to punish Kofi, but Kofi got his feet up to counter Humberto’s moonsault to buy some time and tagged in Big E.
Big E met Angel with a trio of belly to belly suplexes and then a splash. Angel slipped free and hit a backstabber, then ran into a Yurinagi and the Kofi hit a New Dawn but Humberto broke up the pin.
Kofi missed a Trouble in Paradise and Los Lotharios hit a missile dropkick with Kofi in the electric chair for a near pinfall.
Big E tagged in and they hit an assisted Big Ending for the pin. This was a great match and the best of the night by far.
Ronda chooses Flair
Charlotte Flair came out first and Sonya Deville were in the ring, and Deville said she had a chat with Becky Lynch and Lynch claimed Ronda Rousey chose her for their WrestleMania match.
Flair said she’s not surprised by Rousey’s choice since she’s been on top for years. She added mom vs. mom is an easier route to take while she’s the main event of WrestleMania.
She asked the fans who she should pick to face at WrestleMania, and she picked Sasha Banks, who isn’t there tonight.
Rousey’s music played and she came out for the first time on Smackdown and she called them out for talking a lot and that she’s the one that chooses who she faces.
Rousey said she owes a beating to Flair, and told her she’s not special and she’ll see her at WrestleMania.

Flair held up her title and said it’s her baby and it’s prettier than Rousey’s. Rousey took her jacket off and Deville told her to back off and Rousey shoved her aside. Deville jumped on her back and Rousey threw her off and locked in a Ronda Arm Bac.
We suspect a triple threat since Sasha Banks was mentioned.
It wasn’t a bad ending, but it was predictable and the show overall wasn’t that good as they tried to shoehorn matches in instead of putting on good ones.
