There are issues with NXT that I really believe will be fixed by the end of next year. One of the many issues that they have is a lack of experience throughout the roster. While they do have an overflow of talent, I think that some established wrestlers would really benefit NXT’s mostly young core. Jacob Fatu (Currently Signed to MLW) At 30 years old, I am sure that Jacob Fatu is on WWE’s radar already, especially as someone who is trained by WWE Hall of Famer, Rikishi. He has great size to him and already have an aggressive character…
In 2000, the WWE started off with some OK at best shows. When compared to WCW’s PPVs from the same period—meh, the WWE shows just come off as more enjoyable throughout. WrestleMania 2000 doesn’t start off like that but there are definitely some thrills and spills on this show. The 2000 edition of WrestleMania came from Anaheim, California and drew almost 19,800 fans for a big four-way WWE Championship main event with Triple H defending against Mick Foley, Big Show, and The Rock. The Undercard (Thumbs in the Middle) WM2000 opened with Big Boss Man and Bull Buchanan defeating D’Lo…
I’m one of the many people who think that AEW should put a ban on signing new talent until they sort their current roster out. They have too many people but I think that there are a few people that they could sign that would be no brainers if they could get their hands on them and they would fix a glaring weakness in their roster. Natalya (currently signed to WWE) Even though AEW currently cannot get Natalya and probably never will, especially as long as Tyson Kidd is signed to WWE in a backstage role, I think that Natalya…
We’re back with “Into the Vault 2000” and it’s time for WCW Spring Stampede 2000. While this wasn’t a good streak of shows for WCW, it did draw over 12,500 fans for the last Spring Stampede event. This one was held in Chicago and featured tournament action for the rebooted championships. The Undercard (Thumbs Down) Looking at my notes for this show and the undercard was something of a bad show sandwich. It’s topped with a thick, bleh match bun, some decent enough matches in the middle, and it’s seated on some bleh lead-ins in the main event. The following…
A Georgia man was found guilty of drug trafficking but his arrest came as the Lookout Mountain Drug Task Force was searching for another suspect. In February 2021, authorities were looking for Cheyanne Roberts (23), a Fayetteville resident who had an active felony probation warrant. Georgia Man Sentenced to 20 Years For Drug Trafficking Stemming from 2021 Arrest The Task Force tracked her down to a camper in Walker County where they found Roberts and her boyfriend Jonathan Alexander (48). Authorities noticed drugs in the camper and had cause to conduct a search once a warrant came through. Their search…
An Indiana man was recently sentenced to 15 years for drug trafficking and money laundering charges. It’s not rare to get a case about someone who was sentenced for two separate crimes, it’s just rate in regards to drug trafficking reports. Indiana Man Gets 15 Years in Federal Prison for Trafficking Meth and Money Laundering On February 17, 2021, the Vigo County Drug Task Force moved on a search warrant for two locations associated with Steven Francis (56). This came seven months after the Task Force began investigating Francis after he’d tried to mail $20,000 in cash to California. Authorities…

Georgia Man Sentenced to 45 Years in Prison After Pleading Guilty to Murder in South Carolina
A Brunswick, Georgia man pleaded guilty to the September 2019 murder of Kevin Holmes on November 28, 2022. The incident in question occurred outside of a Walmart in North Charleston, South Carolina where Ke’Varius Sparks (22) shot Holmes in the face before escaping. Georgia Man Sentenced to 45 Years in Prison After Pleading Guilty to the Murder of Kevin Holmes in South Carolina North Charleston authorities charged Sparks with the victim surviving. That keeps this in lesser offense territory—at least until Holmes died of his wounds. Detectives focused on Sparks while the investigation into him. A search of his property…
I will be the first person to tell you that AEW Dark isn’t a bad show at all even though they don’t do much other than have meaningless matches. This isn’t a bad thing but I think that these shows can be so much more than it is and here are three things that they could do to improve these shows. Improve the Presentation of AEW Dark/Dark Elevation What you may be thinking is that its just a wrestling show on YouTube and it has great production value already. Both of these are true but like I think that…
I have a love hate relationship with AEW but Dark and Dark Elevation is usually safe from my criticism. While I think that there are many things that AEW could do to improve these shows, I think that there are already many good things about the shows that I wanted to give them praise about. AEW Showcasing Their Underused Talent One of my biggest complaints about AEW Dynamite and Rampage is their over reliance on former WWE talent. When AEW was first coming out, they said that they wanted to be an alternative to WWE, but you can’t fully…
