As I write this article, AAA’s premier event of the year, TripleMania XXVII is actually on-going. It’s official, another big sellout for a major AEW event. This one’s a truly historic one, the first-ever broadcast of AEW on TNT, emanating from the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, one El Hijo del Fantasma is expected to take part in WWE’s Camp in September. El Hijo del Fantasma is better known to some, including myself, as Lucha Underground’s King Cuerno. WWE has been noted to have interest in El Hijo del Fantasma/Cuerno dating back to Lucha Underground’s first season. Per a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is planning to go back to fully split rosters for Raw and SmackDown Live by the time SmackDown makes it’s move to Fox in October.
