American Singer, Meat Loaf has died. According to an announcement posted on his Facebook official page, hr died at 74. It was reported that he had fallen seriously sick and was down with COVID. He also had a history of asthmatic struggles.

“Our hearts are filled with sorrow to announce that the peerless American Singer Meat Loaf, stopped breathing on the 21st night with his wife Deborah beside her”, the post also read that his two daughters Pearl and Amanda together with their close friends have been with him all through almost 24 hours before the incident.
‘Bat Out of Hell’ singer, Meat Loaf Dead At 74
Meat Loaf was born in Marvin Lee Aday Dallas, Texas in 1947, Rock legend Meat Loaf started acting and singing from the school productions house. He then transferred to Los Angeles after he lost his mother in 1965.
He spent all his time and energy in Los Angeles, pursuing careers in both acting and music together.
He had a brief stint recording for Motown and opened for touring bands including the Who and the Grateful Dead.
In 1971, Meat Loaf was cast in the Los Angeles production titled the musical “Hair.” After which he later joined the original L.A. Roxy cast of “The Rocky Horror Show” in 1973, playing the parts of Eddie and Dr Everett Scott.
As his music found success, Meat Loaf was asked to reprise his role as Eddie in the 1975 film adaptation, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” which became one of the most beloved cult films of all time. Also In 1973, Meat Loaf was opportune to serve as an understudy for his friend John Belushi in “Lemmings,” a National Lampoon stage production on Broadway.
Meat Loaf gave a big break in his music career which came up when he released his debut album, titled “Bat Out of Hell” in 1977. The album made sales of over 43 million copies worldwide and was certified 14 times Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
