Deceased singer Aaron Carter was reportedly isolated from people connected to him prior to his death.
Aaron Carter ‘Distanced Himself From Everyone’ Before His Death-Says Singer Erik-Michael Estrada
That is according to musician Erik-Michael Estrada. Carter’s death shocked the world in more ways than one. Not only was he found dead in a bathtub, with the cause of death yet to be confirmed, but he went way before his time.
He passed away at the age of 34, leaving his son, Prince, behind who is around one-years-old. And given that Erik had gotten to know Aaron quite well since their success occurred near the same time, he knew that something was not right with him.
In his comments, Erik remarked: “He had distanced himself from everyone, and he made it very clear that he didn’t want anything to do with a lot of people who really cared about him.
“But he had demons, and he had issues that he was dealing with, and maybe some trauma, and obviously some mental illness.”
Estrada admitted that he noticed something was not right with Carter once he came across his social media feed. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but there is nothing that can bring Aaron back now.
But that has not stopped Erik from doing his bit, with the news that he is set to perform at a charity concert for ‘On Our Sleeves: The Movement for Children’s Mental Health.’
This fundraiser will be held in order to pay homage to Aaron, which will see his brother Nick Carter also perform. The event is set to take place on Tuesday, 18th January 2022.
And that is the least that Erik felt he could do following the recent turbulence. The following comments confirmed as much: “I’m gonna do anything that I can to help bring awareness to mental illness.”
Aaron may no longer be here, but he left people with many memories. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
