Shakira Shades Her Adulterous Ex Gerard Piqué With Creepy Valentine’s Day Post-‘I Might Kill My Ex’
The former couple broke up last year after claims that Gerard had allegedly cheated on the singer. This was not helped by the fact that they had raised two children together.
Shakira discovered that the footballer may have been cheating when she noticed that a jam jar was becoming empty even though their kids didn’t like it.
Thereafter, Gerard the footballer, went official with his girlfriend on Instagram. In the picture here, we can see both of them cuddling up as they wear black.
With that being said, Shakira had a few choice words to say. In the clip here, we can see her mopping the floor. As she does so, she can be heard miming the following lyrics: “I might kill my ex.
“I might kill my ex/Not the best idea/His new girlfriend’s next, how’d I get here? I might kill my ex/I still love him though/Rather be in jail than alone/I did it all for love.”
It is not surprising, then, that the fans on social media had a lot to say about the matter. A certain subset of people understood Shakira’s frustrations since she would have been hurting. Meanwhile, others were of the view that she had to let this go and move on with her life for the better.
One person wrote: “She’s really harming her kids spewing so much hate to the Father of her children, no wonder he needed out,” while another person stated: “She has over 20 years telling us all about what failed love has done to her.
