Cooper Hefner, who happens to be the son of the late Hugh Hefner, has defended his father from the accusations against him following the release of a documentary entitled ‘Secrets of Playboy.’

Hugh’s integrity has been called into question after a series of former models that worked with him in the Playboy Mansion came out and commented about how he would engage in inappropriate behaviour.
And one of those included none other than Holly Madison. The former dated Hugh around 8 years, and according to her own words, the mansion was very ‘cult-like.’
And yet, for Cooper, he was outraged by what he believed to be unfounded claims being made about his dad. In a post to his fans on Twitter, Cooper said: “Some may not approve of the life my Dad chose, but my father was not a liar.
“However unconventional, he was sincere in his approach and lived honestly. He was generous in nature and cared deeply for people. These salacious stories are a case study of regret becoming revenge.”
Of particular source of concern were the allegations that there was huge cocaine usage within the presence of the mansion to the point where even people could use it by virtue of the fact that remnants of it were often found on the floor.
However, in Hugh’s defense, there were others who had a more positive picture to paint about him in particular, Brande Roderick.
The model had spoken on how she had been impressed by the ‘grace’ that Hugh would often express towards others in his company.
In addition, contrary to the claims about cocaine, Brande admitted that Hugh did not tolerate such things and in fact even took steps to ensure that any signs of cocaine were removed from the presence of the premises.
In a statement, she remarked: “There was one night at one party where security came to Hef and said, ‘There’s somebody doing cocaine in the bathroom.
“He had them kicked out and never allowed at the mansion again. He was very much against drugs.” It is safe to say we are no closer to knowing the truth about who Hugh really was.
