WWE Friday Night SmackDown continues, we have our opening match tonight. If Drew Gulak defeats Shinsuke Nakamura here tonight, Daniel Bryan will challenge Sami Zayn for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Drew Gulak vs. Shinsuke Nakamura Chain wrestling to begin, Gulak takes advantage with a Shotgun Dropkick that takes Shinsuke into the corner. Gulak pounds him into the mat, Shinsuke escapes to the ropes to get some seperation, Gulak charges and Cesaro pulls him from the ring to help him avoid a shot. Another empty arena Performance Center edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown begins with Bayley and Sasha Banks opening the show. We get our first “Too big for just one night” line super early as they talk up WrestleMania as the big dream, but this year it’s a nightmare for them. AEW Dynamite continues. We see a few recaps, including the attack on Nick Jackson. We then see a POV of Vanguard 1 checking in on Nick working out in the garage. It identifies him as Nicholas Jackson and verifies that his recovery is at 61%. Nick sees it and goes after it, it just flies away into the sky.
